Rancho Reimagined
These clients brought us in to renovate their primary suite and kids’ bathroom before moving into their newly built home. The original layout was something else... wall-to-wall carpet in the bathroom, a platform tub wrapped in more carpet, and a shower so enclosed it felt like a cave. We tore everything down and started fresh.
The new primary bath features a freestanding tub moment, wall-mounted faucet, and custom white oak cabinetry that adds warmth and elegance. The materials throughout were carefully chosen to deliver a natural, luxurious look while staying on budget, porcelain and ceramic tile instead of marble, and quartz countertops with a soft veining. We did splurge on a few key details, like the polished Kallista fixtures, to elevate the overall feel.
In the kids’ bathroom, we went bold with a high-contrast palette and playful wallpaper. Rope-inspired lighting above the mirrors adds a subtle texture, keeping things fun but still refined.
