Lakeside Haven

Lakeside Haven was a full home transformation that combined a thoughtful remodel with a carefully planned addition, all centered around how this family truly lives, gathers, and entertains. The goal was to create a more open, connected layout that felt natural for everyday life while also allowing the home to comfortably host large family gatherings.

The original kitchen was enclosed by a full wall that separated it from the rest of the living spaces, limiting both flow and functionality. Removing that barrier allowed us to fully open the heart of the home, creating a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A generous island now anchors the space as a natural gathering point, while a large dining table with seating for ten makes it easy to host holidays, celebrations, and everyday meals alike. The living room was designed to extend effortlessly to the outdoor patio, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle and bringing in light, air, and movement throughout the home.

In addition to reworking the main living spaces, the home was expanded to better support the needs of a growing family. A new laundry room was added to improve daily function, along with two additional bedrooms to create flexibility for family and guests.

The result is a home that feels open, welcoming, and deeply livable- designed for connection, built for gathering, and balanced to support both quiet moments and lively, full-house evenings.
